Users
Overview
The Users page, located under the Account tab, provides a complete list of users in a tabular format, displaying all their basic details.
Admins can use this page to manage user access by inviting new members or editing the access of existing members.
Key Features
- Comprehensive User List: View all users with their full names, email IDs, roles, last seen status, activation status, and join dates.
- Invite New Members: Easily invite new users by providing their email, selecting roles, and assigning authorized products.
- Edit Existing Members: Modify user roles and access permissions or deactivate users as needed.
- Search and Sort: Efficiently find and organize user data with search and sort options.

User Table Details
The user table columns include:
- Full Name with Email ID: Displays a list of all users with their full name and email ID.
- Role: Indicates the assigned roles for each user.
- Last Seen: Shows the last time the user accessed the platform.
- Status: Indicates whether the user is activated or deactivated.
- Joined On: Displays the date when the user joined the platform after being invited.
Invite and Edit Members
Invite Members:
To invite new users to the platform, use the Invite Member option located in the top right corner of the User Page. This option requires three inputs:
- Email ID/IDs: Provide a single email or a list of email IDs to invite users.
- Role: Select from available roles within the platform.
- Authorized Product: Choose products users should have access to, such as the ‘Audit Portal’ and ‘VKYC Portal.’
After entering these inputs, click the Submit button to invite new members.
Edit User:
Hover over a user in the user table to reveal the overflow menu at the end of the row. Clicking on the overflow menu provides two options:
- Edit User: Modify user details such as Role and Authorized Products.
- Deactivate User: Temporarily deactivate the selected email ID until it is reactivated.

Other Actions
- Search Option: This feature allows you to search for any user based on their email ID or full name.
- Sort Option: You can sort users based on the “Joined On” column in the user table, in either ascending or descending order based on the date.
